House is updated and has 1 bathroom on each level with laundry in the basement, and a nice privacy fence and backyard entertainment area. We are a considerate younger couple that just bought our first home and are looking to offset the higher mortgage. Large walk in closet, and we can definately see if we can work something out for a private bath. The driveway is small so it will be off street parking. Property looks at both Randolph Elementry, and Collins park and very close to washburn university. Looking for single occupant with either no animals or 1 small animal. A job, and a few personal refrences would be fine we dont care about your credit score, just a considerate personnality. We both work dayshifts currenly, and have a medium poodle at home who gets along with all animals. Refundable damages depostit of $. No other fees! Move in May or later. Flexible term lease!
