🛋️ The living space in the house is furnished so this is ideal for someone who doesn’t have a lot of furniture but I would also make room if you had your own.

🚊2 blocks away from the subway station (nd St. station)
- minutes to get to midtown or UES
-One subway stop from the LIRR
-We’d be sandwiched between Queens Blvd and Skillman avenue where there are plenty of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, salons, yoga studios and more!

I occasionally like hosting dinner parties given the massive living space we’d have. It holds upto
