Private room for a single person

Hello we have a fully furnished private bedroom available now in our sq ft house for $ a month (single person) a little more for a couple, Includes all utilities , with WiFi, & Directv…. It has a ” mounted tv, 7 drawer dresser, 3 drawer night stand, side table, lamp, a queen size bed, zipped mattress cover, new bedding, decorative pillows, 2 sets of sheets, celling fan/light…. Bathrooms are shared women’s…. Security cameras & parking… We can talk about what else could be available… Just my husband & I live here we do have parties like for Birthdays, Celebrations, Halloween, Kickbacks, & BBQ’s… We have rescue dogs so we are unable to take on anymore in at this time… We are centrally located in Riverside in a really nice & quiet neighborhood… Close to shopping, grocery stores, & restaurants… Depot is required…
