Hey all! I am looking for an “apartment mate” for a May 1st move in date. The place is a bathroom in the Inner Richmond on th Ave in right between California and Clement. I have been living here for two years.
The location is fantastic with Golden Gate Park, the Presidio, lots of great restaurants and bars, and an amazing bookstore short walks away. The apartment has new floors, bathroom, and kitchen, as well as an in-building washer and dryer, a beautiful view, and a lot of natural light. Rent is /month.
I am and an SF native. I am a low-key and considerate apartment mate and spent most of my free time reading, trail running, and looking for live music or new trails around the Bay and Northern California.
