2, possibly 3 bedrooms available soon (looking at June, possibly) in shared house while I continue renovations inside the garage and the yard.

Full access to laundry room, kitchen, and bathroom. Partial access to driveway and yard. You will have your own access code to the house and unique key to your private bedroom.

Laundry, trash/recycling, composting, basic wireless fiber internet, and utilities are included.

I am open to short term renters and those who only need one bedroom, but preference is given to people who can rent both bedrooms long term.

Rent for 1 bedroom on a monthly basis is half the normal rate of eighteen hundred, or two fifths depending on room availability.

Preference is given to students or professionals with good grades and references and you may receive a discount for your good grades or if you are a regular volunteer for a local non-profit. Other discounts may be available.

Two friendly dogs visit on occasion, and depending on my work schedule you could have the house all to yourself most nights.

Preference given to verified profiles with pictures.
