Room for sublease - Carmel Valley

My roommate and I are looking to sublease our third room. It’s the smaller room (no build it closet), but it’s spacious enough to fit a queen bed and furniture. Double doors and closed off window for privacy. Own toilet downstairs and would have to share the shower. We are both jiu jitsu instructors, laidback household, don’t mind hanging out for drinks and food, no smoking inside.
