This is a summer sublease. I am looking for someone (male of female) to take over my lease for the summer. You can move in as early as May 1st. Lease ends July th but you can renew. It is per friendly for an extra $/month. You have access to a gym, pool, and gaming room! It is fully furnished with a balcony, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. me if interested!
