Cal Senior Looking for Fall Housing

Description

I am re-admit senior at UC Berkeley, majoring in cognitive science with a minor in data science, and graduating this Fall. I focus on school at least forty hours per week and work remotely at least thirty hours per week. I deeply value a peaceful living space (safe, hygienic, uncluttered, low noise, respectful cohabitants, etc.), and only utilize my living space for sleep and self-care.

I currently live alone in a small but comfortable detached studio ADU in a tranquil North Berkeley neighborhood. My goal is to minimize my housing costs for these final months.

Ideally I’d like month-to-month lease for a locked private room with Ethernet and just enough space for a queen bed, an efficient mini fridge, and small table, in a home with a very clean bathroom and kitchen, and free-to-operate washer/dryer.
However, I am *highly* flexible - the only essentials are a safe/secure space for a twin bed and two pieces of luggage, and access to a half-bathroom.
