Looking for a girl to sublease 1 bedroom with 1 private bathroom in a B unit at Apache Rock Apartments( E Apache Blvd) from (move in date can be early).
The other room is already sublet by a female tenant with a pet (from to the end of August). The pet will stay inside her room.

This is a brand-new luxury apartment built in – we are the first group of residents, only lived for 3 months. Currently only 3 units are occupied, so it’s super quiet and definitely no bugs! No cockroach!!
