I am looking to fill three rooms in a brand new townhome in the heart of rino.

The Location:
Located right across the street from Uchi, this sf space features a modern kitchen, 2 living rooms, a backyard, and a rooftop balcony.  You will be less than a 5 minutes walk from Coors field, Denver Central Market, and a dozen other food and bar options.  You will be less than a minutes bike from Mission Ballroom, Union Station, Ball Arena, LoHi, and Cherry Creek Bike Path just to name a few of Denver’s most iconic locations.

Security Deposit: monthly rent
Credit check required

-Each room has a private bathroom
-Utilities and all other expenses are covered in rent
-Washer and Dryer in unit
-street parking but you can find a spot right in front of the house most of the time
-Well behaved pets can be considered for an extra fee
-Furnished bedroom can be provided for an extra fee

I am looking to for someone to move in asap and sign a month lease but I am open to other terms as well.  Just let me know what you are looking for.

The Roommates:
I am currently the only person living in the house.  I am years old and I work as an engineer.  I work from the office full time so I am not around the house too much during the week.  During the weekends I like to go to do all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer and hang out with my friends.  I will often host friends for game nights or dinners so it would be great to find someone who enjoys a more social atmosphere while still doing their own thing. I also keep all the common areas very tidy and would expect the same from anyone else.
