2 rooms aval both w private bath

Hi! Looking a new roomie starting May.

My husband and I are looking for a preferably female roomie, late s, to rent out one furnished and one unfurnished room in my 4bed/bath house near the airport.

It would be on the first (unfurnished) or second (furnished) floor with a private bath and your own tv/living area on the 2nd floor as well. Laundry, street parking, monthly available, neighborhood pool, no pets preferred (I already have one golden retriever). $/month, utilities included.

I work from home most days and travel times a month (dog boarded). My husband is a full time student and works weekends.

We are super clean and we'll get along great if you keep the common areas picked up

(Unfurnished room is exactly the same as furnished, except on the first floor)
