I have two private rooms available for rent in my house starting July 9th. Each room is $/month (*additional $/mo for extra person that lives in the room), with internet and trash FOOD NOT INCLUDED

Parking available
Located in a safe, convenient area
*Rooms are located on second floor*
You’ll be living with a male and his two friendly dogs
**House is NOT handicapped friendly**

Requirements:

-Security Deposit: $
-Half Month’s worth of rent required up front
- Background check required
-Minimum age:
-Must be respectful, clean, and okay with dogs
-No smoking/drugs inside the house
