I’m renting out one room in my newly built 3 floor townhome on June 1st.
I’m looking for a renter who is responsible and is proud to come home to a nicely kept place.

Utilities are included in rent: Gas, Power, Water and Internet.

Renter will have access to:

Living Room: On the second floor, TV with Chromecast setup for streaming from your phone, sectional couch, lovesest, coffee table and shelf with board games
Half bath/powder room: On the second floor
Kitchen: On the second floor, a whole cabinet with 4 shelf, kitchen table, coffee bar and a fully stocked kitchen. (Which includes: silverware, cookware, everyday tableware and countertop appliances)
Small deck off of the the kitchen
Brand New Appliances: Refrigerator with ice maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Stacked Washer and Dryer on the third floor
Drive way in front of 1 car garage is for renter (though parking in the driveway is tight but there is also extra parking near the mailboxes) I’ll be using the garage to hold my car.
Two outside cameras: one at the front of the house and one in back of the house with a motion sensor light
