Lease Takeover – Studio Apartment in Downtown St. Pete!

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Wayland Apartments in downtown St. Petersburg. Due to some unexpected life changes, I’m needing to move—but there have been no issues at all with the apartment. It’s been a great place to live!

Details:
• Studio apartment
• Corner, top-floor unit (quiet with great natural light!)
• Base rent: $/month
• Willing to share details on utilities and other fees
• Lease transfer would require approval by the apartment complex
• I’m happy to cover the application fee to help make it easy!
