Hello! I have a house in the Sherrelwood neighboorhood in NW Denver and have one room available for rent! It is about minutes from downtown and minutes from Boulder.
There are 4 total bedrooms in the house and an office downstairs. One room is occupied by a current tenant, young professional female in her late bedrooms upstairs, 2 will be used for tenants and 1 will be used as a spare bedroom. Downstairs bedroom is occupied by young professional male in mid s. Shared bathroom, living area, and kitchen upstairs. Fenced in backyard, pet friendly, with spacious 2 car garage in back, and attached single car garage.
Upstairs bedroom with shared bathroom, living area, and kitchen.
Room will be available in May. Looking for 6 months or 1 year lease agreement but can be flexible.
