Hello, my name is Sara. I am looking for a roommate (female preferred) to share the rental I am currently leasing. Dog allowed dependent on breed. Townhouse in South Temecula. I am looking to split the rent and utilities down the middle. There is a security deposit required due at signing. Owner requires application and background check. Move in date is the twentieth of May.

You would be for/occupying two bedrooms and one private bath, the shared living space (downstairs living room and kitchen) and
