The apartment is in a great, and very safe, location in Boulder. Close to Pearl Street, the University, lots of grocery stores and restaurants.

Shared spaces are the kitchen, living room, and patio. The complex has a rooftop pool and hot tub, a gym, and a communal work area.

The bedroom will not be furnished, however other parts of the house are furnished nicely.
