Room for Rent in 3 bedroom house

My husband and I are looking to rent out a guest room in our three bedroom house in Ontario. You would have your own room with essentially your own bath (shared with guests). There's is plenty of parking. We are a small neighborhood off the ten fwy. We are a couple in our thirties, without kids and pets, who work full-time. We are looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, and responsible. Looking to fill by May 1st. The photo of the room is from months ago and will not be furnished (the closet is a lot bigger in person). Right now, this room is used as storage and I'm in the process of clearing it out.
