Hi everyone! :D So my roommate and I have been living at the San Mateo Apartments in Irvine for about 2 years already. Sadly, she will be moving out soon and I'll need someone to take her room! You'd be taking the master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and private bathroom. We also have a garage port and in unit washer and dryer . These apartments are generally quiet and well kept. We also have a super nice pool that I never use and the gym is actually my favorite amenity lol.
