I offer a private room and access to very nice amenities which include a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, multiple TVs, an inside laundry room, a built-in closet with hanging space/drawers, an outdoor jacuzzi, pool, outdoor fireplace, built in large BBQ, two refrigerators and a fire pit on a very large and private lot above a Jack Nicklaus golf course. No one is behind this property as it looks at the Cleveland National Forest and Saddleback Mountain. Home on a single loaded street, so there’s plenty of free parking on the street for you in a guard gated safe community. A short commute to nearby 8 beaches. Inexpensive Toll Rd. makes commutes very easy with no traffic.

We have a very peaceful home and provide TVs, WiFi, nice bathroom towels, private spaces and common rooms in addition to an outdoor room with fireplace and TV.
