Hello! I am looking to share my -bath house in Summerlin with a clean and friendly roommate.

You'll have your own space on the second floor, with 2 bedrooms and your own private bathroom. One small pet is allowed on the lease.

The house is fully furnished, with a spacious kitchen, washer/drier, two nice outdoor spaces, and a two-car garage we can share.

Rent is $ per month plus utilities, or a $ per month flat rate. Proof of employment required. This would be a great place to WFH, with the 2nd bedroom as your office.

All genders, races, and ages welcome, but must be LGBTQ+ friendly. I'm a chill professional gay man in his s. No parties please!
