The available room is unfurnished (furnished option available for a one-time extra charge). No pets. No indoor smoking (smoking allowed on the balcony).

You’ll be living with a grounded, creative, and independent multidisciplinary artist who values privacy, peaceful energy, and open communication. I spend a lot of time working on my creative projects, but I also respect shared spaces and enjoy keeping them clean. Occasional hangs are welcome if the vibe feels right!
