The community is super friendly and has some great shared amenities like a pool, spa, game room, basketball court, monthly events, and a nice park area to relax. It’s a peaceful spot and still really close to shopping, food, and just a few minutes from local universities and study lounges perfect if you’re a student or just want an easy, low-stress place to live.

A few notes: -Couples are welcomed! – Cats are okay (with approval) – No dogs, unfortunately (community rules)
