This is upscale private apartment complex with two pools and two hot tubs (one of the pools is salt water and so is one of the hot tubs). There is a private gym on , amazon hub locker, a rentable indoor party area as well as rental outdoor party bbq area near one of the pools. We have stackable washer/dryer in the unit. Pretty track lighting, stainless steel appliances, carpeted bedrooms, ano hardwood throughout the rest of the apartment.
Updated security systems, and hand motion door locks, garbage pickup service, private furnished bedroom. This is currently a pet free apartment.
This listing is for one room (pictured) in this two bedroom unit. The room comes furnished with a purple mattress (brand) bed, unless you would like to bring a bigger bed in, I can try to accommodate that for you. There will be an additional $ charge every month this covers half of the utilities including water, trash, garbage, sewage, pg&e, and internet.
You will be sharing the 2 bedroom unit with a single female who studies and works full time. I keep to myself and spend the majority of my time at home in my room, but l also enjoy friendly interaction. I like to keep the general areas pretty tidy and expect the same!
