I'm a year old working professional looking to rent out the basement of my spit level house built in . I've owned the property for three years. The basement includes a bedroom, a small living room with a wood burning fireplace, and a private bathroom. A community laundry is also located in the basement Shared living space on the main floor includes a spacious living room, Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, and a dining room. Driveway and street parking are monitored by cameras . Located in a quite neighboorhood close to parks and shopping. I'm looking for a clean respectful working professional male or female . I have a female 3 year old boxer mix so pets are welcome barring they can get along. Rent is $ a month but includes utilities (water,gas,electric,trash) and WIFI. A deposit of $ is required also $ per pet up to 2. Lease can be month duration.
