Master bed/bath room Tempe AZ

Looking for someone to take my lease for my master bedroom and bath! It would only be for my room, but if you are able to sign early enough you can choose your roommates. The living space is fully furnished, and the kitchen has the usual appliances. The rent is $ a month, whereas it's usually $+ for the master bed upgrade, the th floor upgrade, and view upgrade. Great deal since the price for the normal sized rooms is almost more expensive.

This lease would be from July , to July . The rent is monthly, and you would be committed for a year unless you have someone else take the lease.

The apartment is located right next to the ASU stadium, and a very short walk to Mill Avenue (the busiest bar street in the area), so there is a lot of action. As well as being incredibly close to campus, it's almost closer than some of the dorms.

I am willing to pay the fee for the transfer, and also willing to leave some of the furniture I have. Also to clarify, this is for just one room of the , there was no option to sublease just one room (I think..). Also this is for University House in Tempe Arizona, not sure why it keeps auto filling to CA.
