Furnished one bedroom for sublet for 7 weeks in prime thornbury location.

I am going on holidays and am looking for someone to sublet my one bedroom unit located on Martin street Thornbury! Conveniently located only a 5 min walk off high street ( tram) and a quick walk to Psorakos Market.
The unit is fully furnished, I only ask that you try to water my plants every now and again.

The unit is and has a locked drive in gate so it feels very safe to live alone. I have very quiet and considerate neighbours so looking for someone that will keep the vibes.

The unit comes with:
- One good sized bedroom with lots of hanging storage
- Well maintained kitchen with good kitchen space
- Large bathroom with washing machine
- Study/work desk set up
- Split system air conditioning and heating
- Private courtyard/garden
- Street parking (I will be keeping my car in the carpark)

Rent is $/month and bills will be split from when you start the sublet.
