Aug lease takeover

Available August. Looking for male to takeover lease for my bedroom in two bed, 2 bath unit at Hearthstone, unfurnished,
only one other roommate, male, rising junior, responsible. Rent includes all utilities, parking. About half a mile from campus, on the bus line. New lease runs August through July. will reimburse application fee and administrative fee (if applicable) once lease is signed.
