yo Art teacher looking for a responsible roommate. Clean, relaxed environment where you can kick your feet up, read a book, watch television, play the game, or chill out in my tiny garden. Located close to downtown/midtown Memphis so you’re close to most things. As a creative I have a small preference towards the artsy, however I won’t be overly biased against any single, working professional who is looking for a cozy place to stay. Theres a bit of room to negotiate rent, if we seem compatible.
