Description

I have a room opening starting first of May. Private bedroom with your own bathroom off the hallway. Both my roommate and myself have our own bathrooms so you’d have your own as well.

House is in Glencliff Estates between the airport and downtown about a minute drive to either. Quiet, established neighborhood with a great view.

I’m and work for a small architectural firm. My roommate is early s female and a waitress downtown. We’re both quiet and respectful. Looking for another like-minded roommate.

I enjoy social evenings, biking, golf, tennis, working out, woodworking, or house work, or yard work. Always working on one project or another.

Rent is a flat $ with all utilities included. Prefer no pets
