I’m looking for a UC Davis graduate student, or two grad students (or one student with a spouse/partner, who can be a non-student) willing to share, to sublease my one-bedroom apartment in Russell Park from June 1 to August . The apartment is located right on campus and includes a spacious bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Amenities include on- laundry, central heating and air conditioning, free parking, community garden, playground areas, and beautiful green spaces throughout the complex. It's a quiet, convenient, and family-friendly environment perfect for studying or relaxing. Early move-in may be possible, depending on your needs.
