Hello,

I’m looking for someone to replace me on my lease that ends on as I’m moving for work. The apartment complex is next to Grant Park and close to lots of major hotspots!

Here’s what you should know:

**THIS IS NOT A SUBLET, YOU WILL BE REPLACING ME ON THE LEASE AND WILL NEED TO APPLY**

-Couples are welcome!

RENT: +Utilities which are split in half.

-There’s one roommate on the first floor. They’re super quiet and clean. You’re welcome to meet them in person as well as see the unit beforehand.

-This is a /bath so you do not share a bathroom and the rooms are on separate floors. I’ve notated in red the room you’d be staying in on the floorpan image.(see below)

-There is one cat that belongs to the roommate, so you must be okay with that. We have a gate that you can have if you’re uncomfortable with the cat going in your space upstairs.
