Looking for a roommate to share a bath apartment at Heather Brook Apartments in Mesa, AZ (University & Greenfield area). You’ll have your own private bathroom and walk-in closet, plus in-unit washer and dryer. The room is unfurnished, and I’m flexible with changes or furniture in the shared kitchen and living room.

Rent is $/month and includes water, trash, and everything except electricity (which we’ll split ).

You must have a full-time job and be able to pass verification with the apartment office.

I’m open to all ages and genders. The apartment is pet-friendly, but any pet fees and responsibilities would be on you.
