Do you have a nice kitchen?

Description

I am a math/chemistry student on medical leave. I need a room in a house where my roommates understand how to use detergents and what a chore wheel is. It would be splendid if they also did their own dishes. The capacity to take accountability for their actions and communicate in healthy direct ways would be ideal. And if you have pets, possibly clean up after them. I know these preferences are beyond unreasonable, but I can dream.
