Hi! I'm Lana – a full-time graphic designer working in NYC. I’m looking for a calm, clean, and respectful living situation ideally starting July 1st. A furnished room would be amazing, but I’m flexible!

I work hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote), and when I’m home I’m low-key, tidy, and considerate. Outside of work, I’m usually painting, studying for my real estate license, or exploring the city with friends.

Hoping to find a space with good vibes and open communication—bonus if you’re also career-driven or faith-oriented! Ideal Budget is around $, and I'm open to anywhere that's safe and near transit (Brooklyn, Harlem, Washington Heights, West/East village etc.).
