Need Roommate in 3-Story Townhome

Description

🏡 About the space:
- You'd have your own private floor on the 3rd floor with the primary suite, including a master bedroom, attached office space with a desk, walk-in closet with a wardrobe, and en-suite master bathroom.
- We would share the large, furnished living space on the second floor.
- There is a downstairs patio with a grill and firepit and you get a spot in the 2-car garage with an EV charger.
- The lease ends March st of next year with the option to potentially renew.

✨About your roommate (me!):
- I’m a -year old product designer working in Edtech (and, a former teacher). I have the two smaller rooms on the first floor for my bedroom and art studio. I also have my office desk located on the 2nd floor in the living room space.

🍀 Hoping you are:
- Someone who is comfortable with me hosting occasional small, community-style social and art events in the main living space (on the 2nd floor) and is welcome to do the same (but not crazy parties).
- Pretty tidy. Life gets messy sometimes, but I generally appreciate someone who cleans up after themselves within a reasonable amount of time.
- A solid communicator. Say what you mean, and mean what you say. We’ll get along great!
- Must pass background check and credit check.
