My son goes to college in August. Unfurnished bedroom will be available June 1st. Furnished bedroom avail Sep 1.
Large basement bedroom with 1 large egress window and 1 smaller window, walk in closet, built in desk ent center and storage.

Large upstairs bedrooms. Both with vaulted ceilings, built-in over-head shelving, bamboo floorring, and walk-in closets. Current office had 2 large windows. Bedroom has 1 large window.
Tenants have private bath until second roommate moves in + half bath on main floor. Shared living room kitchen and dining room. Some storage space in crawl space and garage.
Big back-yard with 2 swings, and BBQ grill. House surrounded with large trees visible from windows.
Pool, 3 parks, basket-ball court, tennis court, and hockey court within 2-minute walk.
Lots of running/biking trails.
I like cooking. Hoping for someone interested in taking turns cooking meals, but not necessary. Usually sleep . Hoping for roommates with a similar schedule. I'm chill, clean, and don't host a ton. Looking for similar in roommates.
