I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in Orange Park, FL (Knight Boxx Rd area) as my temporary job is ending. The unit is part of a bath apartment in a quiet community with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major roads.

Details:
• Rent: $/month (your share of the full $)
• Lease Ends: September
• Move-in: ASAP (can be flexible)
• Utilities: Not included – split

Apartment Features:
• Private bedroom and bathroom
• In-unit washer & dryer
• Central AC
• Spacious shared living room and kitchen
• Community includes parking and maintenance

About the Roommate:
You’ll be living with a chill and respectful guy in his s. He works full-time and is clean, laid-back, and easy to get along with.

• Student or working professional preferred
