looking for 2 roomates to share a large apartment. each room has a private bathroom
first floor with parking right in front and a semi-private secluded backyard in a safe and secure community steps from boca and short drive to FAU. community has a pool and a game area with pool table and area to study or work.

the smaller room with private bathroom would be the cheaper of the 2 rooms ( does not allow to write prices in the description)
the larger room with an ensuite bathroom would be the most expensive of the 2 rooms ( does not allow to write prices in the description)

longer term commitments preferred - no pets, except service / emotional support animals
