Must sign one year lease and pass a credit/ background check. Large bedroom with view of center city in a large apt. You will also have your own office/studio in the other side of the apt. Full kitchen, new appliances, dining room, and living room areas unfurnished. I am the only other tenant here. I’m a Yoga Teacher, spend most my time doing fitness related activities but also dabble in the arts and produce electronic music. Looking for someone who is super chill, works full time like me, and is also into health and wellness.
