No pets, no couples. Looking for someone who is respectful, reliable, outgoing and trustworthy. It’s just me M. We both work full time and for the most part keep to ourselves, as it gets warmer sometimes I’ll have a couple friends over for a cook out or a fire and roommates are always invited and welcome to join! Environment is pretty laid back, only “rules” clean up after yourself and if you are a smoker use the deck! We are both friendly!

Requirements:1st months rent $ everything included except heat, heat is split references and 2 most recent paystubs.
