You would have unfurnished lower level of house to yourself including bedroom, bathroom, office/bonus room, and living space. Shared space includes kitchen, upstairs living room, dining room, fenced in back yard and front porch. Central AC, stainless steel appliances, off street parking and garage for storage.

About me- midwest born & raised, working as a full time labor & delivery nurse, in my early ’s. I keep a pretty laid-back home life. When I’m not working I spend most of my time outside with my dog, grabbing coffee, skiing, camping, hiking, traveling, exploring Denver and hanging out with friends. More introverted at home— cozy nights on couch with the dog and a good show and takeout. I have a very social adult golden retriever, ideally looking for someone who can help feed him, let him out, etc when I’m working long shifts. I like to keep the shared space clean and calm, ideally looking for someone who feels the same.
