Let’s Be Roomies

I am looking for 1 roomie to room with me and 2 other roomies in a home that is available for move in now. The home is located in Elyson, a master planned community just off in Katy. The room will come unfurnished and share a full bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths upstairs. All utilities will be included with the rest including Internet WIFI, Electricity, Water, Gas, Lawn Service. A criminal background check is required for my safety as well as the other roomies.

All roomies work a varied daytime schedule throughout the week and I work Monday thru Friday mostly until around 5pm. We are all pretty lowkey. I like to keep my place clean all the way around with no dishes in the sink, clothes or shoes laying around, and everything smelling fresh. I myself do not smoke but I am a social drinker (maybe 1 time a month). I love the outdoors and to travel! I am also gay if that matters but other roomies are straight males.
