I am looking for a mature, responsible, female roommate who communicates well and has a great attitude. Your Master Bedroom and Bath is in Palm Beach Gardens behind the Gardens Mall. The area has a lot of great restaurants, music, markets cultural events, sports and ocean walks nearby. The monthly rent is $ including all utilities, and the room is available immediately. If you stay and we get you approved as a resident here, you will have access to a large pool, gym, sauna, steam and wonderful walks. It is quiet and beautiful in this location.
