I need to sell my contract ASAP

Bed in a shared room for rent.
I am selling my contract for spring and summer semester.
It is in Provo, 5 min walk to go to the nearest UVX bus station, and it is a min walk to go to BYU campus.
The price does not include utilities.
Enclave condominium is a nice place to live, there is a pool and a hot tub free for use. Neighbors are mostly student. It is overall a nice atmosphere.
