Seeking 2 roommates for sub-lease

My name is Alex and I am seeking 2 roommates (female preferred) to sub-lease 2 rooms (unfurnished) out of a single family house in Springfield that my mom and I are renting. Our current 2 tenants have to break their leases due to losing their government jobs. Move-in can happen as early as May 1st. The sub-lease would end September , with the possibility of renewal for a full year lease. The owners have let us renew the past few years. Rent is $ per month, not including utilities, with a security deposit required of $. Utilities average about $ per month, with water and trash averaging another $ quarterly. The house is a split level in a beautiful/quiet neighborhood in the springfield/burke area. The available rooms are upstairs (with my room as well) while my mom resides downstairs. You would share a bathroom with the other tenant. About me, I am a year old female with a fur baby. Her name is Korra, a 3 year old shepherd/husky mix. She is a sweetheart, but does bark when you walk in the house. Once she gets to know you, she will be more welcoming. She has no history of biting! We do prefer you to be familiar with dogs/dog friendly, just so you feel more comfortable around her, as she is a very playful and energetic dog. Zoomies happen quite often. Also as much as we love all animals, owners would prefer to keep it a 1 dog household, so unfortunately no other pets please.
