Clean private room for rent

Room for rent in a ~ bedroom 2 bathroom manufactured home located towards the back of the park where it’s quiet and across from guest parking. A community pool is also in the park. rooms we are renting is already occupied to a roommate that has been with us for about 7 years. The available room for rent is ~ sq. ft. And ~ sq. ft. with the closet. Bathroom is shared with other renter and guests that come over (which is not often). Parking is only available out on the street.
High speed internet and communal household supplies are also included with rent. If you’re able to pay cash we can reduce the rental price from $/month to $/month. Utilities are not included and are split between each person which usually averages to be around $/month depending on time of year and usage. We are looking for someone who fits our lifestyle and meshes well with our personalities.

Expectations we are looking for:

- Someone that can pay rent on time
- Responsible
- Mature
- Considerate
- Respectful
- Drama free
- Clean and considerate of shared spaces
- Trustworthy
- Working professional or student
- Proof of stable income
- A good/clean background check
- References of past landlords
- Someone who doesn’t mind dogs since we have two which are certified service dogs.
- Someone that keeps a social life mostly outside the home. Meaning someone that doesn’t always have company at the house or over night guests.
- Single person per occupancy but couples might be considered.

What we are NOT looking for:

- A noisy person/party animal
- No pets/animals of any kind
- No kids/children
- No Cigarette smokers
- No illegal drugs
- Someone who has people over often
- Someone who doesn’t respect privacy, personal space, or house rules.
