Lease takeover May-August

I am looking for someone to take over my bath ( sq ft) lease as early as April th in Grandview! Rent is $/month & utilities are around $/month. Super spacious & great appliances (just got a new dishwasher last week too!) This complex has free parking, 2 pools, a fitness center, car wash, beach volleyball court, tennis courts, and courtyard! Great location in Grandview & have loved living here, just moving out of state! Lease ends August 4th but have the option to renew. Message me with questions!
