Covered and gated parking garage with a RESERVED parking option available for same level parking as apartment.

The rental total includes water, sewer, trash valet and amenity charges. Electricity is separate.

Accepting short term leases, as well as long term leases, with lease take over option. You will have to apply to the apartment and have your income approved by the apartment management company in order to take over the lease. With any other option, a security deposit can be applied. With the lease take over, no security deposit will be applied.
