Sublet for a room in apartment

Description

Located at The Monroe. I am moving out at the end of April and am looking for someone to relet my room and bathroom in a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. Amenities include dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit, oven, stove, microwave, central air (and a fan in the room as well as in the common area), and a balcony! At the complex there is a clubhouse, a gym, several pickleball courts, and a pool! There is also a locker system for packages.
